The following meals are included in the ticket price of conference participants:
Day 0, 18th May: informal dinner in the Campus Aula
Day 1, 19th May: 2 coffee breaks, lunch and networking coctail dinner
Day 2, 20th May: 2 coffee breaks, lunch and seated gala dinner
Day 3, 21tst May: (1 optional coffee break – reserved slot for additional sessions)
Dinner events will require additional registration from participants for preparatory purposes.
Guests with special dietary needs are kindly asked to return to this page later, as a form for collecting such requirements will be published here short before the conference.
